Very sad state of affairs for the lower Yellowstone River. There was almost no regulation or enforcement of proper safety measures in this disaster. And as Rachel addresses, the clean up effort has been feeble.

Truly a historic moment. The health care system in this country is a pile of garbage. This plan may not do everything everyone wants, but it’s progress and forward motion in a positive direction. Let’s hope the senate can pass their version as well.
