Yes, that’s right.

Sammy L. Coutts is the tool of the week. This is the moron that put a rifle bullet through a bald eagle because it was “trying to catch trout from his pond”.

He was recently punished for his poaching problem, but somehow still managed to retain his license.

Unbelievable.
