Outstanding news. I’d like to see tougher enforcement and ultimately punishment for acts such as these that degredate public property.

Good. I hope the word spreads. This is a widespread problem. In northern Wisconsin and Michigan, the ATVer’s seem to see berms as something to play on.
Sounds like obeying the law was not his thing — tax evasion and major illegal trail building.
