Judge Clarence Brimmer: “every day the Roadless Rule remains in effect is a day that our forests are at risk”

Judge Clarence Brimmer loves to spread misinformation. Not surprisingly, he refused to reduce the scope of his conflicting nationwide ruling on the RI. This however is good news for the RI. The plan is now in the hands of the 9th circuit court and the 10th circuit court, with Brimmer no longer in play as long as the 10th circuit does not bounce the case back to him. IMHO that is highly unlikely due to the jumble of illogical emotion that makes up his ruling.

    We’ve been dealing with Brimmer for quite some time here in Wyoming. He;s a royal pain in the a$$.
