Thx.
It’s been a long winter. I’d like to get back and fish this spot again. The water is fairly shallow in this location, but teeming with trout. You can find really nice cutthroat even in the shallow stretches of calm water.
This spot is in a narrow dead end corridor on a gravel road, surrounded by a million acres of wilderness. It’s really an excellent forest as well. Lots of great, rarely used trails leading up into the wilderness.

What can I say? It sounds simply lovely.
You’re right, it’s been a long winter. This is one of the hardest times of year… the days are long enough, and there’s even flashes of warmth, and it gives me permission to start looking forward to warmer months. Then spring fever starts to set in. And then I realize we aren’t quite done yet.
Anyway, that photo looks like my kind of place. The kind of place summers were meant to be spent discovering.
