A final rule implementing a long-term plan for snowmobiling in the park - and allowing temporary rules to remain in place this winter - was published in the Federal Register today, the last major hurdle for the Dec. 19 opening.

Over this year’s Easter break, a survey released Tuesday says, partiers at the off-road vehicle haven, Little Sahara Recreation Area in Juab County, blocked a section and forced women to bare their breasts before they were allowed to leave.

Gore: U.S. blocking progress in climate talks

When knew this was coming. The question that comes to mind is: Why didn’t Gore run for president if he’s worried about the next president not having the logical viewpoint on climate change?

BALI, Indonesia - Former U.S. Vice President Al Gore, saying his country was “principally responsible” for blocking progress at the U.N. climate conference, advised delegates Thursday not to get angry, but to wait for the 2008 U.S. presidential election.
